It contains moderate amounts of vitamin A, vitamin B, thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, folates and pyridoxine. In addition to that, it also contains minerals like manganese, iron, and zinc. It contains proteins and some essential vitamins. It is gluten free.
